Guess what? This is the 12th issue of this monthly forum! It's our one year anniversary of publishing training, news, motivational ideas, practical information, new members and promotions! Directors of ONE Group, Narelle Chenery, Colin Chenery and Alf Orpen, will be holding Representative Trainings and Public Seminars starting on Wednesday, October 17th through October 25th.

Please follow directions to RSVP, so organizers know how many to expect. Share the news widely ~ this is a great way to leverage your time and introduce or reinforce the 'Miessence difference' with your current and prospective customers and representatives, as well as family, friends and colleagues.
Topics for the public seminar include: how cancer-causing chemicals get into personal care and cosmetics, what 'natural' and 'organic' really mean on a label, how to identify them and methods to guarantee purity in the products you purchase. Everyone will be inspired ~ Narelle, Colin and Alf are excellent speakers and 'ambassadors' for the organic movement.
Alf Orpen, co-founder, will also be giving his Organic Living Seminar at select locations.

Autoship values in lower case orange mean credit card authorisation isn't set up.
If you see a small 'b' or 'a' in yellow next to your name and you have chosen to be on Business Protection or Autoship, kindly fax in or mail your Credit Card Authorization Form to the company.
Follow-up with your sponsored reps ~ If you see the 'b' next to your sponsored reps, please assist them in completing and submitting this form. It is required by Australian law. The CCAF form may be printed out under 'Forms & Allocations' in Member's Area.
C. MiSpa Party Updates: There are some new documents under Training in the Member's Area ~ under the Mispa section, you'll see something on Preferrred Customer vs. MiSpa Customer, which helps clarify the difference between these two categories and why a Mispa Customer does not automatically become a PC. There is also an online Invitation Form for you to fill in and send via e-mail, a MiSpa ordering form/instructions and more.
This system is quickly becoming a strategy-of-choice for many representatives and promises to be a very positive and fruitful way to build your customer base and your business. Be sure to study the guides and information in the MiSpa section, get the training DVD and manual and attend the MiSpa Training live on Monday, October 29th if at all possible!

How to Achieve Your Dreams ~

Positive Affirmations

While working on my presentation for the ONE Group Inaugural Conference in just a few weeks, I was focusing on positive affirmations. If you are not familiar with these phrases, they are positive, present-tense sentences that help 'reprogram' your mind on anything you decide. Sometimes you can use general statements and then it applies to any aspect or all aspects of your life.
I first learned about positive affirmations while browsing a website called www.emofree.com. This site details a technique based on meridians and energy flow, called Emotional Freedom Technique. Many of you have probably heard of it. There was one section I clicked on called "Palace of Possibilities" and it details examples of using positive affirmations so that you can change or augment your life for the best.
The examples I read then were used by people before EFT was discovered and taught. With the combination of these two powerful techniques, you can get a sense of the enormous potential for your own personal and professional challenges and growth.
The best way to understand this is to go to the site and read that section. Just put 'palace of possibilities' into the search area at the top.
Since I now need to continue working on the presentation and accompanying powerpoint, I will let you go to do just that... : )
