Wow! The 1st ever North American ONE Group Conference was FANTASTIC! What a wonderful opportunity to meet you, my team members, and a chance to be together with the founders, Narelle, Colin, Alf...and the presenters, trainers and all the amazing reps. Just being in the room with our whole family of representatives ~ couldn't you just feel the positive and uplifting energy?!?
I want to say a HEARTFELT thank you to those who made the trip to Newport Beach, California. I know it was a major decision and I really hope you felt it very worthwhile : ). For those who couldn't join us this year, I want you to start thinking about next year... coming to conference is truly 'priceless' and I encourage everyone to attend.
In the next several newsletters, I will summarize my notes from various presentations, so we can all benefit. If you would like to contribute a brief article or even "golden nuggets" you picked up at conference for future issues, please let me know asap.

They just completed a brief North American and Singapore/Japan tour and visits in New Zealand and Australia.
The company has announced plans for a strong and expansive worldwide tour in 2008, with both training and public seminars.

* New document in Member's Area ~ Marketing Tools. The company has published an updated Business Overview in pdf form (ONE Group Enterprise Profile November 2007).
* New Travel Sizes of specific products are being made available, starting in December and January.
MiSpa Party Updates:
* New documents under Training in the Member's Area ~ under the Mispa section, you'll see something on Preferrred Customer vs. MiSpa Customer, which helps clarify the difference between these two categories and why a Mispa Customer does not automatically become a PC. There is also an online Invitation Form for you to fill in and send via e-mail, a MiSpa ordering form/instructions and more.
This system is quickly becoming a strategy-of-choice for many representatives and promises to be a very positive and fruitful way to build your customer base and your business. Be sure to study the guides and information in the MiSpa section, get the training DVD and manual and attend the MiSpa Training Call with Leonie Featherstone.

Credit Card Authorization Forms.
To continue to receive your preferred rep discount for being on BP or Autoship, you must have your CCAF in to headquarters. This is Australian law. The form may be faxed or sent regular mail or scanned in and sent via e-mail. I recommend choosing BP, getting the form in to ONE Group and then placing your order manually by the evening of the 23rd of the month, so you don't need to think about your default order! It's an easy task -- ask your sponsor or me for details!

Summary of Alf Orpen's Introduction, from the North American Conference.
First, we must acknowledge on a deep level the whole picture. We need to see who we are and what we are about. We start from where we are -- it's not about someone else. It's about YOU!
Environment:
50-100 species are going extinct daily. One year of gas used by humans took 1 million years to create. 77,000 acres of forest are being torn down every year...
The POWER to change this situation comes from business. The definition of enterprise is 'life force'. There are infinite possibilities -- it's not about 'sustainability' but having organic and natural balance in abundance and prosperity; anything is possible and it is. The future begins today, now and every day it begins today.
5 Fundamentals for Growing Your Business:
1. begin with clarity; WHY? What do you want to do with it? How much is enough -- what do you want your life to look like? What do you want the world to look like?
Clarifying what you want eliminates stress in one's life. Being deligent and working with your goals in mind and with a plan of how to get there is the best way to proceed.
2. intend it to be - we create the path and our future; INTENSION has an infinite organizing power and creates momentum. We are here to give and receiving is part of it too, just as important. Intention becomes evident in reality ~ it always materializes.
3. strategy and budget -- design it for yourself since this is not a cookie cutter; plan with what you can and only what you can afford. We have both Time and Money, so the key is to use what you have CONSISTENTLY EVERY MONTH.
4. be patient. takes 3-5 years to have lemons from the tree. Don't get caught up with challenges, move around them -- be pro-active. You have the power to achieve something positive with effort and patience.
5. abandon the 'human calculator' ~ 1+1 not necessarily equaling 2; in nature, 1+1 can equal much more!! multiplies. let go of what you expect and you will benefit.
Other suggestions from the session:
-- assign top priority to relationships -- "this is what I'm doing, do you want to come along?"
-- cultivate transparency - be clear, don't hide, share!!
-- develop your own FAQ sheets, because everyone asks similar questions
-- be a problem solver ~ ways to decrease synthetic chemical exposure; beautiful personal care tips, etc.
-- "few people realize how much how little will do" ~ for example, the smallest particle creates the biggest "bang" in reality -- the atom. Focus on smallest things to get the biggest results. Repeat what you focus on - your niche - and you can get a big result.
-- to be happy ~ health, wealth and good relationships.
