GREAT NEWS!
Many of you have asked for extra training and a call for interested business partners.  So, in addition to this monthly forum, I have decided to offer TEAM Overview/Orientation Calls, to be held twice on the same day to benefit those who can make it during the daytime and those who can make it in the evening. 
 
These calls are open to all ONE Group Representatives in the OrganicPro Team, along with their Guests.  We will take the first 20 minutes to do a basic overview of the Organic Industry, ONE Group's 'World's First' products, eco-vision and business opportunity.  The second part of the call will focus on a brief Orientation, to help new reps. get going and as a refresher for other representatives.  There will be time for questions at the half point and ending segment.
 
The call will be held on the Second Thursday of every month, unless you hear otherwise.  (If that day of the week begins to conflict with something major, like a once a month ONE Group call, I will then change the days and rotate them.)
 
When: 2 times on Thursday, April 12, 2007

Getting Started:
This month's tip to getting started with a new representative:
Set some initial goals for the first year, 2 years and 5 years (if you want to use other timeframes, please do!).  Putting your goals in writing will help you get where you want to go.  It's like a map, recipe or instruction-book.  You'll want to set 2-5 goals in the following 3 areas (What do you desire?  What do you believe you can accomplish? Make it detailed and honest):
1. personal and family goals
2. business and career goals
3. self-improvement goals
 
        HOMEWORK:  First, do this activity yourself.  Connect with your sponsor to
        complete or just to brainstorm ideas.  Then, ask your new representatives to
        do this in their first month and then share your results with each other. 
 
The next step will be the 'why' -- why do you want to achieve each set of goals?  What are your dreams and desires, that are BIGGER than you, which will be the spark that gets you to success?    
 
I want to hear from YOU.  Please send one action or item you recommend a new representative do during their first month or something a sponsor can assist with to help a new rep.  I'll feature one or two 'tips' each month.  (I will use your name if you provide permission; otherwise, I will make it anonymous.)

Please note the many 'live' calls offered by top reps and management at ONE Group.  These are listed under Resources, then Events.  Be sure to convert the day and time to your corner of the world!   Upcoming calls include:  ONE Group Overview, Building a Business Relationship, In-Liven with Czerral and more!  Check back often for updates.
 
You or your customers may also want to add a testimonial to the growing list, under About, then Testimonials.  One effective use of testimonials is to take some and put them in a Word document and send via e-mail or regular mail to those interested in the products.  Third-party endorsements are helpful because you get a variety of comments and leverage your time.  If you have an active list of customers, you could compile a few pages and send them out as a way to keep in touch and then ask them for their own feedback on the products.

This event is called “Step it Up!” Every  major city across the USA is working to develop a march, rally, or eco-event for that day. This is an excellent opportunity to position yourself as true environmentalists within your community by participating and/or actually hosting or volunteering in this event. Why ONE Group is ECO-AWESOME!

Earth Day is right around the corner. Have you lined up an event to participate in for your business? If not, you need to get busy and find events that offer booths, opportunities for speakers, etc.  If you cannot attend as a vendor, be sure to attend as a spectator and visit each booth to network.

What is the significance of certified organic on an ecological scale? Think of taking a kernel from a corn cob and saving it in your cupboard. In the old days, this is what was done… they were saved, dried and then planted to grow more corn. This is sustainable farming. The farmer could literally sustain his livelihood, the cycle of life from the crop and the earth’s natural process by allowing the corn to continue on from its own seeds.

Today – that is not the case. Today, many seeds are literally “owned” by giant chemical companies that can lawfully sue you if you save a kernel and replant it. The object of the game is  - if you need more seeds, you must go back to the chemical company and buy them. Even if the farmer could get away with replanting seeds, the seeds would not produce a normal crop because they were genetically engineered for only one growth cycle.

Some people mistake genetic engineering to be a normal process. For example, a Sharon Rose spliced with another species of rose can create a new beautiful rose. This is done all the time with various fruit trees, vegetables, flowers and shrubs. But scientists behind genetically modifying our crops are not playing by the same set of rules. They are splicing our food sources with genes from animals, fish, insects, and various molecular compounds to aid in their resistances to weather, insects and other detriments. If you have heard the term “Franken Foods” - this is why.

Looking further into organic farming you will discover the undeniable benefit of eliminating chemicals from the food supply. Did you know that over 1.5 billion pounds of pesticides are sprayed annually on just wheat and corn? That is more than 5 lbs for every person on the planet. And according to experts, only 2% actually serve to protect the crops – while the air, water and food absorb the rest. If you studied Alf’s presentation on Bio-Magnification, you know that we humans are bearing the brunt of these “lost” chemicals.

In representing ONE Group you can hold your head up high knowing that you are working to create a healthier planet. And remember – in our society, money is power. Purchasing power is significant to making a difference in the world. People know this – and true environmentalists are willing to spend more to support ethical and eco-friendly companies.

How to Achieve Your Dreams (for 2007 and beyond) ~
This month: 
John Di Lemme, From Stutterer to Networking Millionaire Maker via his own Successful Network Marketing Business -- Free Motivational and Training Calls, Free E-mails. 
 
 
On Monday evenings, you can get on a highly-charged call with coach and motivational speaker John Di Lemme.  I jumped on his call a few weeks ago and he shared with us a very interesting breakdown of the word 'results'.
 
 
R: You must take personal Responsibility for Your Results.  What you sow today, you will reap tomorrow.  This applies in all areas of life.
 
E: Encouragement.  You have to encourage yourself and your team to maintain action, until you reach your goals and they reach theirs. 
 
S: Sustainability. Resistance is persistence -- meaning you must resist all negativity and negative thoughts and replace these with only positivity and personal growth development, in order to be persistent every single day.  To sustain your business, you must maintain focus every day and help your team through this process too.
 
U: Underwater. You must burst through the water to "kill fear, procrastination and make the decision to change your future."  The feeling is like breaking through from underwater and you must feel this way to achieve the results you are looking for. 

L: Love the Game.  Must get involved with personal development and growth, learn about your industry and embrase it.
 
T: Stands for Top.  You must be Over the Top and Reach Beyond Your Comfort Zone to achieve your dreams. 
 
S: You must Show Up to be in the game.  If you aren't in the game, you can't win.
