If you haven't checked in a while, ONE Group is now offering 2 books about harmful synthetic chemicals to help us educate ourselves and others.  You can purchase these under Tools in the Shopping Cart (no PV value).  They are great as resources for yourself and to have with you when meeting with customers or prospective representatives.

Dangerous Beauty by Peter Dingle, Ph.D and Toni Brown, BA and health professional.  Originally published in 1999, ONE Group offers a pamphlet-sized edition with a short intro. by our very own Narelle Chenery!

The Chemical Maze by Bill Statham.  This book is a guide to food additives and cosmetic ingredients.  Its square and compact design allows for easy transport.  It contains a listing of ingredients, including synthetic chemicals, typical products they are used in and a description and note as to whether harmful, possibly harmful, unknown or safe.

Hope you are well and ready to go!  You will soon be able to read all issues of OrganicPro Team News via my main website - I hope to announce the URL in next month's edition.   
 
In the orange sidebar, you will see the team is growing every month.  Many of you are working directly with these new members, who have each joined with us and ONE Group for unique and powerful reasons.  It's a collective effort that reminds me of the statement "your economic power is only as large as your network."  I first read that in Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad's Guide To Investing.  If you only have one telephone, your network is small and useless; two phones and it's at least useful.  Now, help 100's and then 1000's of people get a telephone line and apparatus, then your economic power builds exponentially, as you reach more and more people and as your network grows, in whatever industry you are in that is connected in some way to using and/or buying a telephone!   
 
When speaking with Senior Associate Nicole Nadeau of Maryland, she explained her vision of a network of Activists.  She says it's our Activist Power that grows every time a new member or customers joins.  Our Activist Power to create change, help others and the planet, builds even more as our network grows.  Just like the telephone example.  Nicole's passion for teaching about wellness and organics is driven by a desire to be the change she envisions in the world.  It's a vision I think we all share and we have all become a part of this mission and dream to create healthy change.
 
By sharing the products, educating others and finding business builders, your Economic and Activist Power and influence can reach unlimited proportions -- we are in business for ourselves but not by ourselves and can leverage our energy through this amazing network called ONE Group. Thank you Nicole for that insight!

Getting Started:
This month's tip to getting started with a new representative:
Schedule a 45 minute phone call and orientation session with your new representative.  Navigate through the ONE Group Website, both the 'public domain' and member's area. It's good to show them where customers can find the Catalog and Newspapers and how they would order products or learn about ingredients in the Education section.  It's also important to take a tour of the back-office area --showing them how to access the audio-taped calls, marketing materials, training and more.  Go over the first tab with emphasis on tracking orders, how to change personal details or a monthly order's content.  Show them the Member's News tab and have them subscribe to the RSS feed, so they get notified immediately with news from headquarters. 
        HOMEWORK:  Assign your new member the task of immersing themselves
        in the site and back-office, listening and reading at least 2 items a day or 5 a
        week (whatever fits in with the time they can dedicate to the business).      
        Then, schedule a call to discuss (or have them e-mail you with details)
        about what they do and learn each week for their first 6 weeks.
 
I want to hear from YOU.  Please send one action or item you recommend a new representative do during their first month or something a sponsor can assist with to help a new rep.  I'll feature one or two 'tips' each month.  (I will use your name if you provide permission; otherwise, I will make it anonymous.)
 
Announcements
A.  Lots of News in the latest MiBusiness Update.  You should have received that by e-mail on February 15th.  If not, please let me know.  It will also be in the Member's Area under Marketing Tab, in a few days. 
Of special interest, some changes coming to the Retail program in countries where that is open.  New allocations will be on hold as of February 22nd and any currently allocated retailers need to get their Application and First Order in by March 30th.  Please read your Update and get with your sponsor with any questions or to understand the background on this issue.  If anyone has further questions, don't hesitate to contact me. 
 
B. Discounts for New Representatives who Fast Start
"We are delighted to announce an incentive to new Representatives on BP or Autoship who place a 250pv Fast Start order and who order again within their first 30 days. These enthusiastic Representatives will receive the following discounts:

50-99pv                 20% Discount
100pv or more      30% Discount

These discounts originally only kicked in after the first 30 days, however we believe further purchases within the first 30 days deserve to be encouraged!  
Please Note: The Fast Start order of 250pv is the trigger to start these discounts in the first 30 days, for those not placing this Fast Start order but still on Autoship or BP, they will apply after the first 30 days as normal.

I am thirsty for information and determined to know everything about the ONE Group product line so I can be thorough and accurate when asked a question.  Along with that I am listening to the Professional Inviter.  Here are some tips I am presently using.  Call yourself on your answering machine and listen to how you sound.  When you are attending a meeting, jot down or tape record (with permission) a successful person and listen to the reflection, style and words used to communicate to the audience.  Then practice some of the important items you think have value and talk to your stuffed animal, yes stuffed animal.  Always smile (which you will do anyway talking to a stuffed animal) and when you are on the phone." 
 
She continued, "Author Tim Sales had made these suggestions.  Awareness is critical in how you are approaching a potential customer.   Maybe some of these tips could benefit another independent representative."

How to Achieve Your Dreams (for 2007 and beyond) ~

ONE of the resources available to all of us on the OrganicPro Team is from our upline Senior Executive Geoff Goldie.  He maintains a subscription to Tim Sales' Brilliant Compensation online video.  Geoff offers this as a resource to everyone on our team and you may direct people you speak with to watch it as well as another video link entitled "Learn How The Wealthy Get That Way."  Be sure to schedule a specific time to call or meet with the person to discuss the video and provide further details on the ONE Group business opportunity. 
 
The site is located at www.explorefreedom.com/hallgold.  The person can also choose to view the videos in Spanish or German with other languages coming soon (Mandarin Chinese, Swedish, Finnish and Norwegian).  I found the Q&A after the videos to be very important to get a more complete understanding, so I encourage you to mention this when speaking with a potential business partner.
 
From Geoff's site (see below), you can visit Tim's main site and sign up for his e-mails and you'll get access to live conference calls -- once per month.  Tim is an author, speaker, trainer and a six-figure monthly income earning leader in network marketing.  In 1989, near the end of an 11-year tour with the US Navy Underwater Bomb Squad Team, Tim answered an ad in the Washington Post newspaper that led him to his first and only network marketing company.

Make a list of 4-10 things you do well or are pretty good at.  Now, take 3 of these and think of ways you can build on these strengths and get better at them, how you could employ them successfully in your business, in motivating others, in communicating, etc.  [Full article was in January's OrganicPro News]

-- One rep. mentioned she is a very good speaker and loves to share verbally with others, especially those in the wellness industry.  She has decided to do product presentations where she will focus on the educational piece as well as highlight the unique qualities of Miessence.  [Great leveraging of skills she already possesses to build her clientele and possibly attract business builders who are like-minded!]
