A. News from ONE Group.
Product details: Pro-biotic Skin Brightener.
So, I had a few questions on this product. I asked ONE Group for more details and received the following:
"Alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), primarily in the form of lactic acid, are the most researched forms of AHAs because they have a molecular size that allows effective penetration into the top layers of skin. It is generally assumed that AHAs are not effective for inhibiting melanin production and won't lighten skin discolorations in that manner.
Rather, it is believed that their benefit is in helping cell turnover rates and removing unhealthy or abnormal layers of superficial skin cells (exfoliation) where hyperpigmented cells can accumulate. However, other
research has shown that lactic acids can indeed inhibit melanin production separate from their actions as an exfoliant on skin (Source: Experimental Dermatology, January 2003, supplemental. pages 43-50).
Years of sun exposure will gradually cause exposed skin to become dull
and often blotchy. Lactic acid works to brighten the overall complexion
by reducing the appearance of hyperpigmentation associated with sun damage. Over the course of a few months, treated skin will gradually become softer and eventually be restored to its original luminous color and texture.
Alpha hydroxy acids are exfoliating to actively loosen dead surface
debris, smooth the skin and improve texture. It promotes exfoliation of
the skin, which leads to improved hydration and skin texture and
stimulates new skin cell production, leading to increased skin flexibility and smoothness.
Lactic acid actively loosen dead surface debris to help minimise breakouts and skin congestion."

B. Updated ONE Group Website ~ UPDATES!
On a recent conference call, David Hobley, IT Manager at ONE Group, announced that his team is actively working to add new features to the site. We are expecting a 2nd payment gateway that will process credit cards from the U.S., Canada, and the UK so that the charges are not going to pass through the Australian dollar.
This change will benefit everyone ordering from these countries, so they (we) are not charged any international transaction fees nor foreign conversion fees. The company is testing this feature and will announce its availability as soon as it's ready!
David also confirmed they will be "re-linking" our respective Mienterprize sites to the main sites. These sites are also located at: www.mienterprize.com/?username.
They are also testing the "website administration" function (where we can go in and customize our sites) and hope to have that up-and-running within a few weeks.
C. Organic Ingredients, Oil, Freight and the Cost of Doing Business.
Update: following up from the recent price increases, I wanted everyone to know that the company has decided to offer a special on In-Liven. If you or your customers or representatives order a PACK of 3 In-Liven, you get an extra discount (approx. $5 USD per jar)! You may find it under 'packs' in the shopping area. At 40 PV, three jars will take you over to 120 PV, to give you 30% off, so you really save with this special! Each jar then comes to about $41.27 USD!!
There was tremendous pressure in Australia to bring the retail price of the Berry Radical Antioxidant in under one hundred Australian dollars. The company was able to do some adjustments and has established new pricing as follows (before applicable discounts):

How to Achieve Your Dreams ~

Explaining How We Earn Income as Independent Representatives of ONE Group®

Many new representatives are not always sure how to explain to others how we earn income with this business. I developed a Word document with Steps for Joining, Why Join with the OrganicPro International Team and How Independent Representatives Earn Income. I have summarized the many ways we earn income below. If you would like to see the full handout and adapt it for your use, please let me know!
Independent Representatives earn income via:
- sales to online customers via your
ONE Group site;
- sales to your sponsored representatives’ online customers, up to 7
seamless levels, based on your rank;
- sales to your off-line customers (local clients, customers via other
businesses, other sites you own with shopping carts online, expos,
markets, MiSpa parties, Organic Workshops, health fairs, etc.);
- Sponsor bonuses for all your new reps and their sponsored reps, down 7 levels based on rank, during their first 30 days, then earn income on
residual Retirement tree;
- Loyalty Pool – earn $70 shares for every 3 reps you sponsor who are
Active - No limit to the number of shares you may earn; *Active: on BP or
Autoship and ordering at least 50 PV per month.
- Builders’ Pool – earn $400 whenever you sponsor 3 new business
partners who join and place a Fast Start order in the same calendar
month;
- Executive Pools – earn shares of worldwide volume when you reach the
top 3 Executive levels (there are 6 levels/ranks in the marketing plan
and you earn leadership bonuses called Executive Pool shares in the
top 3 levels);
- Retirement residuals from non-sponsored reps (and sponsored rep tree
as mentioned above!).
- To achieve rank promotions, you will want to steadily build volume in 3
teams or ‘roots’ AND sponsor business builders – you only need to
have 10 active, personally-sponsored representatives to achieve the
highest level of Senior Executive. Developing your base of customers is
equally important. Helping your team with customers and reps is the way
you leverage yourself and build your business!
Note: I have not mentioned any income from retailers, since that program is currently being re-evaluated. We should have more news by the end of the year on how it is changing. In addition, a Fundraising Program is being planned and developed. At this time, we do not have further details. These two avenues may or may not be available in all countries.
