send this to you once or twice per month, intended as a quick and easy
way to stay connected to Options For Health.
Free For All will
contain special announcements/offers and the latest news about health and
wellness. You may opt-in or out at any time. If you prefer to use a

We believe
it’s important to learn as much as we can to make informed choices, in
every aspect of our lives, including health and wellness. As many of you
have heard, my focus since January is on educating for non-toxic, organic
and anti-aging choices.
So many
things we do every day can have adverse effects on our health; but, if we
investigate just a little, we can find a wealth of information that can move us
towards wellness instead of illness. We can make small changes in our daily
routine towards better health. By taking simple actions that support
sustainable agriculture and the environment, we can make a difference without
sacrificing quality and value.
In fact, we
can find even greater quality and value by turning towards Certified
Organics. We can greatly reduce our exposure to dangerous
synthetic chemicals or alcohols, genetically-engineered ingredients (which have
not yet been proven safe for humans or the environment) and limit the
possibilities of other problems, such as neurological disorders,

and your package takes approximately 3-5 days in secure, tracked delivery via
the U.S. Postal Service. This makes sense for most orders.
You may still order products through me at retail
prices. I collect Maryland sales tax and a small shared shipping fee,
which I have also adjusted. This option is great if you do not have access
to the online method, only want to try one or two products or place very

Name?
I created the name of this news bulletin --
Free For All – for many reasons, which will become
apparent as we move forward… The first reason is everyone can get discounts on
their products BUT everyone may also get them for FREE! I will tell you
how in the next bulletin! (Of course, if you are just too curious and can’t
wait, do call or e-mail and I’ll let you in on the secret.)
In the
News:
Did you know that 89% of some
10,500 ingredients used in skin, personal care products and cosmetics have
not been evaluated for safety by the FDA or the Cosmetics Ingredient Review
panel? Did you know the FDA cannot require companies to 1) do safety
testing of cosmetics products before marketing them, 2) file data on ingredients
or 3) report cosmetic-related injuries? Did you know that many skin,
personal care and cosmetics products contain known or potential
carcinogens? These facts came to light in two recent
studies conducted by the Environmental Working Group. Just by reading
the manufacturers' Material Safety Data Sheets, you can see the health
